Manufactured home structural.
The most common inspection we perform — 68% of our 2025 volume. PE-stamped structural reports for manufactured homes on any loan type. If your lender said "we need a structural inspection from a licensed engineer," this is the report they're asking for.
HUD & FHA underwriting-ready.
The same underlying inspection, formatted specifically for FHA underwriting review. Our 2025 first-submission approval rate was 97% — because the report is built around what FHA expects, not retrofitted to fit it.
PFGMH & affixation.
Two sealed documents on the same field visit. The PFGMH certifies the foundation meets HUD's Permanent Foundations Guide; the affixation report certifies the home is permanently affixed to the site. The pair that unlocks title changes and FHA approvals.
Alumiconn wiring certification.
PE certification of Alumiconn connector installation on branch-circuit aluminum wiring. The credential that clears the deal when a buyer's inspector flags aluminum wiring, an insurer refuses to bind, or a lender conditions the loan on remediation. Available only in the St. Louis metro.
