FHA manufactured-home foundation inspections.
The same underlying structural inspection, formatted specifically for FHA and HUD underwriting review. Our 2025 first-submission approval rate was 97% — because the report is built around what FHA expects, not retrofitted to fit it after a rejection.

Built for first-pass approval.
Formatted around FHA Minimum Property Requirements and PFGMH references, with the HUD data plate verified and documented. Underwriters get what they need on page one — not buried in an appendix.
What is a HUD engineering report?
It is an engineer's certification that a manufactured home's foundation meets HUD's Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing. FHA lenders require it before they will lend on a manufactured home, and it has to be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state where the home sits.
It goes by several names
Lenders also call it a HUD foundation certification, a permanent foundation certification, an engineer's certification, or an FHA structural report. Send the condition word for word and we will confirm it is the same document.
Where we issue them
Seven states: Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Indiana. For a home anywhere else, the report has to come from an engineer licensed in that state.
What to send
The property address, the lender's written condition, and photographs of the data plate and the exterior HUD labels if you have them.
