A program for repeat volume.
If you're a lender, realtor, or title company sending Scapular more than four inspections a quarter, the partner program is built for your workflow. Priority scheduling, invoice-at-close billing, a dedicated account line, and volume pricing scaled to your pipeline.
Six things non-partners don't.
Every benefit is designed around one question: how do we make your close calendar faster and more predictable?
Priority scheduling
Partner requests go to the front of the field queue. 24-hour turnaround from field visit to sealed PDF is guaranteed at standard pricing.
Dedicated account line
A direct phone number and email address that routes to your account contact, not the general intake queue. Underwriter questions answered same-day.
Invoice-at-close billing
Scapular invoices your escrow account at close instead of collecting payment upfront. Integrates cleanly with title company disbursement.
Volume pricing tiers
Three pricing tiers based on quarterly inspection volume. Firms closing 10+ inspections per quarter save ~22% against per-inspection retail.
White-labeled delivery
Report delivery emails can go out on your branding with your firm's logo alongside the Scapular seal.
Quarterly reporting
A summary each quarter: inspections ordered, pass/flag rate, turnaround performance, and any underwriter friction logged against your files.
Three tiers, scaled to your pipeline.
Volume is assessed quarterly. You can move up mid-program without reapplying. Pricing shown is indicative — the program agreement locks exact rates on signing.

reportingPerformance summary
Volume counts across all four services in the network — a preferred partner closing 6 manufactured structural inspections and 4 PFGMH reports in a quarter qualifies on the combined total.
Built for four professional workflows.
Most of our partners fall into one of these four categories. The program benefits are weighted toward what each of them actually needs.
Mortgage lenders & loan officers
Regional lenders running manufactured home pipelines across multiple states. You need inspections that clear first-submission underwriting, and you need them on a schedule that doesn't hold up your close calendar. Most of our enterprise-tier partners come from this category.
Real estate brokerages
Brokerages whose agents frequently list or sell manufactured homes — or, in the St. Louis metro, pre-1975 housing stock with aluminum wiring exposure. Agents don't want to find a PE under deadline pressure; partners don't have to.
Title & escrow companies
Title companies handling manufactured home real property conversions need PFGMH and affixation reports turned around quickly. Invoice-at-close billing integrates directly into your disbursement workflow.
Real estate investors
Investors buying manufactured or older housing inventory at volume. Predictable inspection pricing, priority scheduling, and bulk-order handling for multi-property acquisitions.
Apply for the partner program.
Three minutes to submit. Twenty-four hours to decision. The firm agreement is a single-page document — we're not lawyers, neither are you.
How it works.
Send us your firm name, volume estimate, and the two or three loan officers or agents who'll be placing most of the orders. We review, schedule a 15-minute intro call, and if it's a fit we send the program agreement for signature the same week.
Volume estimates aren't binding — they're a starting point for tier assignment. We reassess every quarter based on actual volume booked. Partners who under-produce roll to the next tier down; partners who exceed forecast roll up automatically.
- Step 01 — Submit firm information and volume estimate
- Step 02 — 15-minute intro call scheduled within 48 hrs
- Step 03 — Single-page program agreement on signature
- Step 04 — First priority order placed within one week
- Step 05 — Quarterly review & tier reassessment
Still evaluating?
If you'd rather order an inspection first and talk about the program later — that's the more common path. Order retail. If the volume justifies it, we'll reach out.
